Rose Black Accessories will refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
We suggest that any return package is sent recorded delivery with insurance cover to the value of the purchased goods
Our aim is to guarantee your complete satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your unused item subject to the following criteria.
- »» Item/s must be in original unused condition.
- »» Item/s must be sent in original packaging.
- »» Item/s must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- »» Item/s must be sent in one single shipping; we cannot accept returned items from the same order sent separately.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
We will offer a refund or exchange (subject to stock availability) within 14 days of receipt.
The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order.
